Fosfat al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 da Ca emilimini azalt\u0131r (et, kola).<\/li>\n<li>Ayr\u0131ca vejeteryanlarda oldu\u011fu gibi a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 lifli g\u0131dalarla beslenme de Ca emilimini azalt\u0131r (oksalat ve fitat olu\u015fur).<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7inko, flor\u00fcr, krom, manganez, K vitamini, C vitamini gibi eser elementler ve vitaminler de kemik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli elemanlar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Proteinden zengin beslenme kalsiyumun b\u00f6breklerden geri emilimini azaltarak OP\u2019 a yol a\u00e7ar.
