Bu sendrom, anne karn\u0131nda vertebral segmentasyonun (omurlar\u0131n ayr\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n) ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmemesi nedeniyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. KFS, do\u011fu\u015ftan gelen ve farkl\u0131 sistemleri etkileyebilen bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>Klippel Feil Sendromunun Belirtileri<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>K\u0131sa ve perdelenmi\u015f boyun.<\/li>\n<li>Boyun omurlar\u0131nda hareket k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya inmi\u015f arka sa\u00e7 \u00e7izgisi.<\/li>\n<li>Skolyoz (omurgan\u0131n yana e\u011frili\u011fi) veya spina bifida.<\/li>\n<li>B\u00f6brek anomalileri, kaburga anomalileri ve yar\u0131k damak.<\/li>\n<li>Solunum problemleri ve kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00fcz, kas-iskelet sistemi, omurilik, kol, el ve bacak anomalileri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>KFS Tipleri<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tip 1:<\/strong> Servikal omurgada yayg\u0131n f\u00fczyon (boyun omurlar\u0131nda kayna\u015fma).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tip 2:<\/strong> 1. veya 2. vertebrada f\u00fczyon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tip 3:<\/strong> Thorakal ve lomber omurgay\u0131 etkileyen anomalilerle birlikte f\u00fczyon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Klippel Feil Sendromunun Di\u011fer Bulgular\u0131<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Boyun k\u0131sal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hareket k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Sa\u00e7 \u00e7izgisinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da olmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Boyun rotasyon kayb\u0131 (en yayg\u0131n), fleksiyon ve ekstansiyon kayb\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Y\u00fczde simetri bozuklu\u011fu ve y\u00fcz asimetrisi.<\/li>\n<li>Servikal veya dorsal skolyoz.<\/li>\n<li>Omuz hareketlerinde k\u0131s\u0131tl\u0131l\u0131k, kanat skapula (sprengel deformitesi).<\/li>\n<li>B\u00f6brek anomalileri (vakalar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te birinde).<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015fitme kayb\u0131 (vakalar\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te birinde).<\/li>\n<li>Kalp ve damar anomalileri (vakalar\u0131n be\u015fte birinde).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>KFS Tedavisi<\/h2>\n<p>Klippel Feil Sendromunun tedavisi, cerrahi ve konservatif y\u00f6ntemlerle yap\u0131labilir. Fizyoterapi, bu sendromun y\u00f6netiminde \u00f6nemli bir role sahiptir. Tedavi plan\u0131, hastal\u0131\u011fa e\u015flik eden di\u011fer anomalilere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u015fekillendirilir. Fizyoterapi program\u0131, boyun hareket a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmay\u0131 ve a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 hedefler.
