However, some of these exercises may not be suitable for you. It is best to do a few exercises from each group continuously. Repeat the exercises 5-10 times 2-3 times a day. However, you can do some exercises more frequently.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27300%27%20height%3D%27600%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20300%20600%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27300%27%20height%3D%27600%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/turanuslu.net\/icerikresimleri\/as\/asegz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lying face down, raise your hands along with your head, at the same time raising your right or left leg alternately.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 2: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lie face down with a pillow under your stomach, clasp your hands behind your back, and lift your head and chest as much as you can.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 3: <\/strong><br \/>\nRepeat the same movement with your arms at your sides.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercise 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stretch your legs and arms while lying face down.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 5 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While standing, extend your arms backwards with your hands on your waist.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 6: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While lying on your back, lift one leg into the air without bending your knee and repeat the same movement with your other leg.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 7: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While lying on your back, with your knees bent and the soles of your feet on the floor, bring both your hands together as high as possible.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 8: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Sit on a chair and lift your shoulders up while stretching your ribcage, repeating the movement on both sides while inhaling and exhaling.<\/p>\n<p>Exercise 9:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cross a striped sheet over your upper chest and feel the resistance in your ribcage as you breathe deeply. Repeat the movement for the lower chest and mid-chest.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 10: <\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While lying on your back, pull your knees to your chest without lifting your head, repeat the exercise for both knees together and separately.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 11:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">While lying on your back, bend your knees, lift your hips as high as you can and create a bridge.<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Exercise 12:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lean against a wall corner as shown in the figure and arch your body.<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ankilozan Spondilit Egzersizleri Yapabildi\u011finiz b\u00fct\u00fcn egzersizleri yapabilirsiniz.
