Birincisi aural\u0131 migren (klasik migren), ikincisi ise auras\u0131z migren ismini al\u0131r. Aura, migren ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n gelmesinden \u00f6nce ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan n\u00f6rolojik belirtilere verilen isimdir. Bu yak\u0131nmalar<strong> migrenin \u00f6n habercisidir<\/strong>. <strong>Aura<\/strong> d\u00f6neminde hasta, g\u00f6rme bozuklu\u011fu, bir taraf\u0131 g\u00f6rememe, \u0131\u015f\u0131klar g\u00f6rme, v\u00fccudun bir taraf\u0131nda uyu\u015fma veya g\u00fc\u00e7 kayb\u0131, kelime bulma veya konu\u015fma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015feklinde yak\u0131nmalar hisseder.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fikayetler yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131m saat s\u00fcrd\u00fckten sonra yerini ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131r. Bu tip migren aural\u0131 migrene g\u00f6re daha s\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>Baziler migren nedir?<\/h3>\n<p>Baziler migren, migrenin daha nadir g\u00f6r\u00fclen bir alt tipidir. Bu tip migrende ataklar s\u0131ras\u0131nda beyin sap\u0131 ve g\u00f6rme alan\u0131nda fonksiyon kayb\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in hastalarda \u00e7ift g\u00f6rme, peltek konu\u015fma, denge kayb\u0131, bulan\u0131k g\u00f6rme, v\u00fccudun bir taraf\u0131nda uyu\u015fma ve bazen bilin\u00e7 kayb\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir.
