Elektromiyogram (EMG) testi ile medyan sinir boyunca elektriksel uyar\u0131lar\u0131n yava\u015flay\u0131p yava\u015flamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir. Ayr\u0131ca, doktorunuz bile\u011finize hafif\u00e7e vurarak a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 tetikleyen t\u00fcnel belirtisi testini uygulayabilir. Ba\u015fparmak kaslar\u0131nda erime g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde de te\u015fhis do\u011frulanabilir. Erken te\u015fhis ve tedavi, kal\u0131c\u0131 hasar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n<h2>Karpal T\u00fcnel Sendromu Tedavisi<\/h2>\n<h3>Konservatif Tedaviler<\/h3>\n<p>Eklemin dinlendirilmesi, bile\u011fi hareketsiz b\u0131rakan destek cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve normal aktivitelerin kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde devam etmesi \u00f6nerilir. Bu y\u00f6ntemler genellikle belirtileri hafifletmede etkilidir.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130la\u00e7 Tedavisi<\/h3>\n<p>Kortizon gibi ila\u00e7lar, b\u00f6lgeye do\u011frudan enjekte edilebilir. Ancak bu tedavi y\u00f6ntemi, konservatif tedavilerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z oldu\u011fu durumlarda tercih edilir. Kortizon enjeksiyonu sonras\u0131nda semptomlar tekrar ederse, ameliyat \u00f6nerilebilir.<\/p>\n<h3>Ameliyat<\/h3>\n<p>\u015eiddetli a\u011fr\u0131larda ve di\u011fer tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerinin sonu\u00e7 vermedi\u011fi durumlarda cerrahi m\u00fcdahale gerekebilir.
