NOT: B\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcn oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak v\u00fccut ve \u00f6zellikle s\u0131rt i\u00e7in i\u00e7in iyi de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar bazen g\u00f6rev de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yaparak ayakta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma imkan\u0131na sahip olmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in iyi se\u00e7ilmi\u015f bir sandalye \u015fartt\u0131r.
