Hi\u00e7 bel a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 olmayan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n yar\u0131ya yak\u0131n\u0131nda MR ile bel f\u0131t\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde bozukluklar\u0131n saptanabilece\u011fi ama bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u015fikayete sebep olmayabilece\u011fi bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<h3>Bel a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 Tedavi Edilebilir mi?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Bel a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sebebi ne olursa olsun bu a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 hafifletmek ya da \u00f6nlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bel a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131na yol a\u00e7an sebepler belirlendikten sonra sebebe y\u00f6nelik giri\u015fimler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda\u00a0 g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015famda belin nas\u0131l kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenilmesi tedavinin ve ileriye y\u00f6nelik koruman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli \u00f6gesini olu\u015fturur.
