A\u011fr\u0131 kesiciler, antiromatizmal pomadlar kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n evresine g\u00f6re so\u011fuk ve s\u0131cak uygulamalar yap\u0131l\u0131r. El bile\u011fi ve dirse\u011fe splint ve bandaj uygulanabilir. En iyi tedavi lezyon b\u00f6lgesine uygulanacak lokal kortizon enjeksiyonlar\u0131d\u0131r. Enjeksiyon ilk iki g\u00fcn a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 art\u0131rabilir. Hastalarp\u0131n % 75 i tek bir enjeksiyonla d\u00fczelir. Hastal\u0131k kronikle\u015fir ve tedavilere cevap vermez ise fizik tedavi uygulan\u0131r.
