Zorlu y\u00fcr\u00fcme ve atletik aktivitelerde plantar fasiaya binen y\u00fck artar. A\u015fil tendon k\u0131sal\u0131klar\u0131nda, d\u00fcztabanl\u0131k ve \u00e7ukur ayak sendromunda, baz\u0131 romatizmal hastal\u0131klarda s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Plantar fasiit genellikle sebebi belirsiz veya tekrarlayan zorlanmalara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geli\u015fir. Sert ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7e d\u00f6n\u00fck ayak duru\u015fu, bald\u0131r kaslar\u0131n\u0131n yeterince gev\u015fememesi atletlerde planter<br \/>\nfasiit sebebidir. Fizik muayenede \u015fi\u015fme olmadan topuk kemi\u011finin hafif i\u00e7 taraf\u0131nda a\u011fr\u0131 vard\u0131r, basmakla a\u011fr\u0131 artar. Parmaklar\u0131n pasif dorsifleksiyonu ile planter fasya gerilmesi sonucu rahats\u0131zl\u0131k hissedilir. Ayr\u0131ca aya\u011f\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 eversiyonu ve pronasyonunda huzursuzluk ve rahats\u0131zl\u0131k olu\u015fur.<\/p>\n<h3>Te\u015fhis<\/h3>\n<p>hastal\u0131k hikayesi ve muayene ile konur. D\u00fcz r\u00f6ntgen, topuk dikenini MR yumu\u015fak doku lezyonlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Genellikle tetkik gerektirmez. Romatizmal hastal\u0131k \u015f\u00fcphesi varsa tetkik yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 tan\u0131da; kalkaneal bursit, plantar ligament zorlanmas\u0131, tarsal t\u00fcnel sendromu ve sinir bas\u0131lar\u0131na bak\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Plantar fasiit tedavisinde; Akut fazda buz uygulamas\u0131, istirahat ve antieflamatuar ila\u00e7lar kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Buz uygulamas\u0131 3-5 g\u00fcn i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde 3-4 kez 15-20 dk olarak tatbik edilir. S\u00fcre uzat\u0131l\u0131rsa medical tuberk\u00fclde irritasyona sebep olur. Bu d\u00f6nemde lokal kortikosteroid ve anestezik enjeksiyon tavsiye edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca; aya\u011fa istirahat ve gece splinti verilir. Ancak istirahatin s\u00fcresi <span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">doku iyile\u015fmesine yeterli s\u00fcre olarak saptan\u0131r ve hemen egzersiz <\/span>program\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r (plantar fasia egzersizleri, bisiklet, su i\u00e7i egzersiz gibi). Tam doz antieflamatuar tedavi 7-10 devam edilir ve gerekirse analjezik ilave edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Plantar fasiya, a\u015fil tendonuna ve hamstring gruba germe egzersizleri uygulan\u0131r. Hastalara \u00f6zellikle spor yap\u0131yorsa hastal\u0131k ve korunma hakk\u0131nda e\u011fitim verilir. Hasta obez ise kilo vermesi tavsiye edilir. Plantar fasiaya yap\u0131lacak \u0130MS uygulamalar\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fu hastada a\u011fr\u0131 kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flar. Plantar fasiit iyile\u015fmesi 6-12 hafta olarak bildirilmi\u015ftir.
